Process for applying to House of Hope Transitional Ministry
The first step in the application process is to fill out an application and the Guideline Agreement, which you can download from this website. It is important that you send the completed application as soon as possible to start the process of coming to House of Hope. After previewing your application you will be contacted by the director. If you meet the criteria for the program based on the information you provide you will have an in-person interview at your location or via phone if circumstances require it. The interview will be coordinated through the chaplain or classification officer at your location. You will need to provide contact information for the appropriate contact so the process can move forward.
EOS and bed availability are also factors considered in the final acceptance into the program. Our mission is to serve God through serving others who need a time of transition in a safe and supportive environment. God bless you and keep you in His care.
